As of now, we are a delivery-only service and bring our fresh baked goods right to you! 

 

We also have several designated pick-up locations in safety zones and would be happy to meet you at one of those for pickup if you prefer.

*When you pick up from a safe zone you're given a 30 minute window to collect your order. We understand things happen, and we all know how Baton Rouge traffic can be. However, our time is valuable and without communication we will have to leave and the product will not be refunded.

About the Baker

Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, I moved to Baton Rouge in 2019 to join forces with my amazing partner, Sam. I've loved baking since childhood, where I learned from the incredible women in my family and community. I went on to study at Western Carolina University where I earned degrees in Fine Art and Psychology.
 

Fast forward to today, I've got well over 10 years of professional experience in the food and baking industry. I've worked at cafes, country clubs, high-volume bakeries, and have held every title from line cook to bakery manager. I have learned so much from all these combined experiences, and now I'm taking my wealth of knowledge and putting in the work for myself and the team behind me.

 

My passion is creating beautiful things that bring joy and comfort to others. I want to make patisserie that is unpretentious, beautiful, and tastes amazing. I'm looking forward to contributing my skills to the diverse food and baking culture that we have here in the Red Stick! Sam and I truly appreciate your support in this new adventure!
